- An additional dwelling, if any, shall not exceed 800 square feet of living area. The combined square footage under the roof, of the single-family dwelling, the additional dwelling, and all appurtenant buildings shall not exceed 25 percent of the Building Area.
- A height (at its highest point) of more than twenty-five (25) feet from ground level.
